2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must purchase their own domain and hosting unless they select a managed plan where Voko Digital provides or arranges hosting.

• Clients must provide clear content, images, business information, and required logins on time.

• Delays from the client’s side will extend project timelines. Voko Digital is not responsible for missed launch dates due to missing information.

3. Payments

• All payments are 100 percent upfront unless a milestone plan is agreed upon.

• Monthly management plans must be paid before the month begins.

• Late payments may result in suspension of website updates or management services.

• No refunds once the project work has started.

4. Revisions

• Starter plans include one revision round.

• Growth and Scale plans include more revision rounds depending on the package.

• Extra revisions outside the plan will incur additional charges.

5. Website Ownership

• The client owns their domain and hosting, but:

  • Voko Digital owns the design elements, templates, custom code, and strategy until full project payment is completed.

  • If monthly payments stop on a managed plan, premium features, plugins, or custom systems provided by Voko Digital may be removed.

6. Management Services

• Voko Digital will manage the website according to the selected plan.

• Any major redesigns, structural changes, or new pages are not included in monthly management unless specified in the plan.

• Security, backups, and performance checks are included only in Growth and Scale plans.

7. Liability

• Voko Digital is not responsible for downtime caused by:

  • Hosting companies

  • Domain issues

  • Client changes

  • Third-party integrations

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or business outcomes. We provide services, not results.

8. Support

• Support hours depend on the client’s plan.

• Starter plan support is limited to email only.

• Priority support is exclusive to Scale clients.

• Urgent fixes outside support hours may have extra charges.

9. Content & Compliance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content they provide is legal, original, and follows local regulations.

• Voko Digital is not responsible for legal issues arising from client content.

10. Project Cancellation

• If the client cancels after work has started, payments will not be refunded.

• If Voko Digital cancels (rare), the client will receive a fair partial refund depending on work completed.

11. Portfolio Rights

Voko Digital may showcase completed projects, screenshots, branding, and websites in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

12. Changes to Terms

Voko Digital may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
